Our preferred approach is to work with your own people and systems to supplement your own skills and resources, rather than treating data cleaning as a "black box" service in which you have no involvement and no opportunity for knowledge transfer.
Most firms who use CRM systems have recognised that data cleaning and management is a vital part of the system's success. By and large most firms have clear plans for delivering an effective programme of data management, however resources are often a challenge.
Stanton Allen offer services in a number of key areas to assist our clients.
- Outsourced data cleaning – For firms who are implementing CRM for the first time, we can manage the entire process of data
cleaning, migration and loading. - Data Steward Education for InterAction – A vital part of successfully managing InterAction, once implemented, is to have a full understanding of all the data steward tools and techniques. Our aim is to work with your team to develop their skills and arm them with the knowledge to ensure that the data does not inhibit the use of InterAction, either now or in the future.
- Data Steward resource for InterAction – We can provide a number of skilled data stewards (experienced using InterAction/CRM) to work at your premises. The data stewards can provide either general support, such as the processing of a backlog of data change management (DCM) tickets, or to assist with specific data cleansing projects, such as the de-dupe and cleanse of data for a new joiner or urgent firm-wide mailing.
- Project support – Our consultants have a great deal of experience in implementing CRM systems and as such can provide strategic and project management support to ensure that your project is a success.
- Data Protection Compliance – Stanton Allen can advise and support your firm to ensure that you are compliant with the necessary Data Protection, Privacy and Communications legislation. Whilst not providing legal advice we can provide a practical framework for implementing the right processes to support your firm’s data protection and privacy policy.
