InterAction is a powerful CRM system which offers firms a great deal of choice in terms of how they implement each function. Whilst this offers great flexibility, firms often struggle with deciding which is the best way to implement a module or feature.

Our training and education services are designed to exploit our experience in working with our clients and as a result are better described as knowlege transfer sessions than classroom training.

Furthermore we design each session around the attendees, looking at the end to end business process, not just the InterAction specific elements. For example our Data Steward Education Programme includes techniques for formatting and manipulating data in Excel to prepare it for loading into InterAction, and not just how to dedupe contacts once they have been loaded.

Our Consultants have experience working both in-house and as suppliers to the professional services sector, so as a result can draw on a wide range of practical experience and best practice to deliver the most effective education programme to delegates.

Training is typically delivered on client site using client-specific examples and bespoke course materials. If required, remote training via video or telephone can be arranged.

Drawing from experience, our consultants can assist you to develop an effective communications plan in advance of a new system roll-out, module launch or
related data project.
